This is a dry, squeaky, textural riesling with a difference to both its flavour and to its feel; both of course as positives. We dive straight into excellent territory here. Tonic water, slate, lemonade, orange peel, brine and lime pulp; all these flavours are present, though I’d place an emphasis on the tonic water call. This riesling is both tight and velvety; it really is its own beast. It’s pretty fabulous, I’d reckon.
