Juicy and vibrant, this has a slightly cloudy appearance from 20 days on skins. Mineral aromas of citrus, tea leaves, chalk and fresh ginger. The light-bodied palate has a slight phenolic edge and an energetic drive with a textural, pithy finish. Delicious. Drink now.
