2024 Pigato Vermentino - 91 points - South Australian Wine Guide 2026
Natural fermentation in Slavonian oak demi-muid for eight months on full solids. Cloudy, golden hues. Restrained aromas in spring blossom, bruised apple, pear skin, almond skin. A savoury, nicely styled Vermentino smooth in delivery with dried citrus, apple, grapefruit pith, almond and saline notes. Made to be enjoyed with food. Drink now.
