2022 Koerner Gullyview Riesling- 96 points - Mike Bennie review (The WINEFRONT)
On limestone soils and the family vineyard. It is 50 year old vines. About half is in ceramic egg for maturation.
Intense and super refreshing, bright lime, green apple, a bit of green mango, a sense of chalkiness and fine, green almond characters. Mineral super-charged. Expressive and mouth-watering, super vibrant, very persistent. It feels excellent to drink, it feels good for a cellar, it thumbs its nose at the standards of Clare. And righteous for that.
