I like this wine quite a lot. The flavours are interesting; it’s textural and taut; it then follows through nicely. It tastes of grapefruit pulp and oyster shells, preserved citrus, vanilla pod, lime leaf and slate, and from start to finish it feels in full control. Indeed it has presence. It’s very good.
